Elementary tasty: pork steak

Ingredients:

- 700 g of pork;

- 1 lemon;

- 1 tbsp. mustard seeds;

- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper;

- 1/2 tablespoon salt;

- vegetable oil;

- 20 g of any greens (parsley, cilantro, celery, dill).

The best part of a pork steak is the neck or loin. If you are using leaner meat, such as a ham or shoulder blade, lightly beat the pieces with a cooking hammer to break up the tough connective tissue.

Wash the meat and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the piece into 4 slices of equal thickness across the grain. Juice the lemon, combine it with mustard, pepper and salt and stir well. Spread the marinade on the pork and leave to soak for 1 hour.

Heat vegetable oil, quickly fry the steaks in it over high heat. Then reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Divide it into 2 servings, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve with a sauce such as adjika.

Simple Pork Recipe: Pot Roast

Ingredients:

- 200 g of pork;

- 4 potatoes;

- 1 onion;

- 1 carrot;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 40 g of butter;

- 1 tbsp. water;

- 3 tbsp. ketchup or tomato paste;

- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;

- 1 tsp salt.

If you don't like tomato sauce, add sour cream or cream to the pork stir-fry.

Rinse the meat and cut into small cubes. Do the same with the indicated vegetables, peeling them off the husks and peels. Place a 20-gram stick of butter in each of two earthenware pots and lay the prepared ingredients in layers, starting with pork and ending with onions and garlic. Stir tomato paste or ketchup in warm water, season with salt and pepper and pour in portions evenly. Cook the pork roast in a 200oC preheated oven for 50 minutes.

Pork noodles

Ingredients:

- 400 g of pork;

- 300 g of noodles or pasta;

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 2-3 tbsp. bread crumbs;

- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

Cook noodles or pasta in salted water until half cooked. Rotate the pork in a meat grinder and fry in vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, until juiced. Dissolve the minced meat 2 tablespoons. broth from cooking flour products.

Whisk the eggs with a couple of pinches of salt and stir in the noodles. Divide the resulting slimy mass into 2 parts. Place the first in a greased dish, cover evenly with the meat filling and cover with the second half of the "dough". Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the dish and place in a hot (180oC) oven for 20-25 minutes.
