What could be tastier than homemade buns - fluffy, hot, aromatic. They can be served for breakfast or lunch. This is a very simple recipe with just one proofing.
It is necessary
- - 250 g wheat flour;
- - 125 ml of warm milk;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 1 yolk for surface lubrication;
- - 40 g of butter;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar (full);
- - 1 large pinch of salt;
- - 4 g of dry fast-acting yeast;
- - sesame and pumpkin seeds for sprinkling.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift the wheat flour through a kitchen sieve and use a measuring cup to measure the required amount according to the recipe. You may need a little more flour during the kneading process. Pour the flour into a bowl, add dry yeast, granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir.
Step 2
Pour in milk, add the egg and the melted in the microwave, and then the cooled butter. Knead the mixture with your hands for 10 minutes. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour. In the end, you should get a plastic and soft dough.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with the dough with a clean cotton towel and place in a warm place for an hour and a half to two hours for proofing. You can place the container on hanging kitchen cabinets - right under the ceiling, as it is usually very warm there. Place the matched dough on a floured board and wrinkle.
Step 4
Form 6 round buns. Brush a baking sheet with sunflower oil and place the buns on top of it. Leave it on for 20 minutes to come back a little more.
Step 5
Shake the egg yolk and brush the surface of the buns with the slops. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for 15-20 minutes. Try not to overexpose.
Step 6
Place a clean cotton napkin in a wicker basket or any other container for bread. Remove the baked rolls from the baking sheet, transfer to a basket and serve immediately.
