  • - 3 bell peppers,

  • - 12 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the eggplants, cut into cubes and cover with cold water, leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Squeeze the eggplants and put them in a slow cooker, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, set the "Stew" mode for 1, 5 hours.

Step 3

After 15 minutes of stewing, add half rings of onions and grated carrots to the eggplant, continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut into medium cubes, add to the multicooker to the vegetables, simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 5
