It is necessary
- - potatoes - 3 pieces
- - eggs - 3 pieces
- - chicken - 200 grams
- - ham - 50 grams
- - pickled mushrooms - 200 grams
- - processed cheese or hard cheese - 100 grams
- - garlic - 1-2 cloves
- - lettuce leaves
- - greens
- - salt
- - mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken, chill, cut into cubes or take apart into fibers. Cut the ham, pickled mushrooms and egg white into cubes. Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl, salt, add mayonnaise to taste and mix.
Step 2
Cut potatoes into small strips or grate for Korean carrots. Heat a skillet with a little vegetable oil. Place the potatoes dried with a paper towel in a skillet, season with salt and fry until crispy. Turn gently and fry on the other side. Allow the fried potatoes to cool.
Step 3
Grate egg yolks and cheese on a fine grater. To them add finely chopped greens and garlic passed through a garlic press. Mix everything well, salt and season with mayonnaise. From the resulting mass, form eggs that are suitable in size for quail.
Step 4
Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate. Put the salad on top, forming a nest with a depression in the middle. We decorate the salad with fried potatoes, laying it on the sides, imitating a bird's nest. It's nice to put cheese eggs into the recess. Decorate with herbs if desired.
