- latte - macchiato, a drink in which coffee (ground or instant) is added to milk without diluting it with water;

- cappuccino, a drink for the preparation of which milk and water are taken in equal proportions.

Disputes about the benefits and dangers of coffee with milk have been going on for a long time, and there is no definite answer yet.

By itself, black coffee invigorates and activates the nervous system, increases efficiency and normalizes the functioning of the digestive system. But some people cannot drink black coffee and dilute it with milk.

The most useful drink is considered to be made from ground coffee and brewed in a Turk, followed by ground coffee, but brewed in a cup and the last on the list is an instant drink.

With all the advantages of coffee with milk, it brings a drink and harm to the body.

- addictive. People who do not drink a cup of their favorite drink at the right time experience something like withdrawal;

- a very high-calorie drink. A 180 ml cup contains 110 - 120 kcal, that is, 3 cups a day covers a quarter of the daily calorie requirement.

- promotes insomnia.

- suffering from hypertension or coronary heart disease;

- children, adolescents and the elderly;

- people with increased excitability of the nervous system.

Despite all the controversy in the debate about the dangers and benefits of coffee with milk, in moderation and in the morning, the drink will give vigor, good mood and stimulate the brain.
