This recipe proves once again that delicious sweets can be healthy. This cake is suitable even for vegetarians and those who adhere to a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition.
It is necessary
- buckwheat flour - 50 grams;
- wheat flour - 150 grams (can be replaced with rice flour, for those who are allergic to gluten);
- brown unrefined sugar - 80 grams;
- honey (preferably buckwheat) - 2-3 tablespoons;
- carob - 5 grams;
- vegetable oil - 80 grams;
- baking powder - 40 grams;
- water - 30 milliliters;
- vanilla sugar - 10 grams (or vanillin on the tip of a knife);
- sea salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift wheat flour through a sieve. Add buckwheat flour, salt, carob, baking powder, vanillin and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour oil and water in a thin stream with constant stirring. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous. Add honey and mix thoroughly again. You can use a mixer for this.
Step 3
Prepare a special cake pan, plastic or silicone. Lubricate the mold with oil. Fill out the form about 2/3. The cupcake will rise as it bakes.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 175 degrees and bake for 50 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer, it must remain dry. You can cover the cake with foil after 30 minutes of baking for more even cooking.
Step 5
The finished cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar or garnished with candied fruits and fruits.
