  • - 150 g mayonnaise;
  • - 100 g of dill;
  • - 50 not fried sesame seeds;
  • - 10 g red paprika;
  • - 100 g of pistachios;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take pistachios and peel. In a well-heated skillet without oil, fry the pistachios for five to seven minutes. Nuts must be pre-dried, otherwise it will take much longer to fry. Remove from pan and cool.

Step 2

Pour cold water into a small saucepan, add a teaspoon of salt and stir. Place chicken eggs in the water. Wait for them to boil and cook for another ten minutes. Then take out and cool well. Peel cold eggs.

Step 3

Defrost the crab sticks, peel and chop coarsely. Cut the eggs also coarsely. In a small blender bowl, combine the mayonnaise, eggs, and crab sticks together. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the mixture. Stir with a fork.

Step 4

Rinse the greens, hang in a shaded place so that it dries properly for twenty minutes. Chop the dried dill very finely and dry in the oven for five minutes. Cool and place in a flat plate. Add sesame seeds and red paprika to another bowl. You can add a little pepper and thyme to the paprika.

Step 5

Take one pistachio, some of the mixture and place the pistachios in the middle of the mixture, wrap and form a ball out of it. Dip it in dill and place on a plate. Make the next one and roll in sesame seeds, then paprika, and so on until the mixture ends. Put the finished balls in the refrigerator for one hour.
