Balls made from crab sticks or meat can be safely placed on the festive table. This appetizer looks very beautiful and incredibly tasty. Making crab balls is very easy.

- - 2 packs of crab sticks;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 pack of processed cheese;
- - half a tomato;
- - greens of dill and parsley;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt.

Step 1
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cover them with cold water for easy cleaning. When the eggs are cool, peel them. Cut three eggs very finely, and separate the yolk from the fourth. Protein can be used for other meals or added to it.
Step 2
Cut the crab sticks into small pieces, or better, grate. Grate the melted cheese too. Chop the dill finely into a separate bowl. Grate one yolk on another plate.
Step 3
Combine cheese, crab sticks or crab meat, eggs. Season with salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Form an elongated mushroom leg, and divide the rest of the mass into 2 parts. Dip half of them in chopped dill, and the other half in grated yolk.
Step 4
Place the balls of crab sticks on a platter around the stem of the mushroom. Place half a red tomato on it and decorate the hat with white mayonnaise dots. You have a beautiful mushroom. Place dill and parsley sprigs around instead of weed.
