Ingredients: a pair of avocado and grapefruit, 2 bunches of cilantro or parsley, sugar - tbsp, tbsp. olive oil and vinegar, salt, pepper.

Mix olive oil, vinegar and sugar for the sauce. After removing the pit from the avocado, take out the pulp with a spoon and cut into small pieces. We clean the grapefruits, cut the slices in half, chop the greens. Gently mix everything, put it in a salad bowl, salt, pepper, pour with sauce.
