There are times when the usual meat cutlets get bored. I want something new. Add a new recipe for making minced meat cutlets with vegetables to your culinary piggy bank!
It is necessary
- - 0.5 kg of minced meat (pork and beef),
- - 3 onions (450 g),
- - 1 carrot (130 g),
- - 0.5 kg of a mixture of vegetables,
- - 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise (90 g),
- - 200 g of hard cheese,
- - salt,
- - pepper,
- - vegetable oil,
- - potatoes,
- - a piece of white bread (softened),
- - 1 egg (for minced meat).
Instructions
Step 1
We pass two onions, potatoes and bread through a meat grinder, add to the minced meat, drive in an egg, salt, pepper and knead. Fry the formed cutlets, having previously rolled them in breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Cut the remaining onion into half rings, carrots into strips. Fry lightly. As soon as the onion starts to turn golden, add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, mix with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Put cutlets in the form, on top - vegetables mixed with cheese, and send to the oven. When the cheese is completely melted, the dish is ready.
