Baked cutlets under a fur coat are both delicious and beautiful. Such cutlets can be put on a festive table.

1 kilogram of turkey or chicken minced meat, half a loaf, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 120 milliliters of milk, 250 grams of hard cheese, 50 grams of butter, 3 tablespoons of water, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, vegetable oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the loaf from the crust and soak in milk for 5 minutes. Cut 50 grams of cheese and 50 grams of butter into small squares.
Step 2
Mix the minced meat with a roll (together with milk), add eggs, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Pass through a meat grinder 1-2 times.
Step 3
Form the minced meat into balls. Place a square of cheese and butter in the center of each ball. Pinch the edges well.
Step 4
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Pour the butter in which the cutlets were fried onto a baking sheet, add water. Lay out the patties.
Step 6
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, grate the remaining cheese on a fine grater. Put a tomato slice on the cutlets, on top - a little cheese mixed with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.
