Step 1
Chop vegetables at your discretion (you can finely, you can coarsely, it all depends on your desire) and add them to the water boiling over low heat.

Let the vegetables boil for about 10-15 minutes. After that, the broth must be salted. Salt is added to taste.

Cut the celery roots into small strips, if desired, the roots can be cut into small cubes. Chop the parsley and add all the prepared herbs to the boiling broth. Ground black pepper is also added there. You can add some dill.

Cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer for three to five minutes. The main thing is not to overdo it and not let the broth digest.
Step 5
Remove the pot from the gas, place it on the table and cover with a terry towel. Leave it in this form for ten minutes. This is necessary in order for the chowder to infuse well enough and acquire its extraordinary taste. Then you can pour into plates and treat guests.
