- - Tomato paste - 100 g
- - Spicy tomato sauce - 50 g
- - Mayonnaise - 50 g
- - Cheese - 300 g
Instructions
Step 1
Roll out the dough. You do not need to make it too thin, as there will be a lot of filling and the dough will break. A 1 cm thickness is sufficient.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Boil the eggs, peel them and finely chop them. Cut the sausage into straws. Cucumbers in cubes or circles, depending on the size. Chop the pepper into cubes. Cut the olives or olives in half. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 3
Place the dough on a baking sheet, bend the edges. Lubricate the bottom of the future pizza with tomato paste, lay out a layer of minced meat. Next, pour in the sausage, pepper, cucumbers, cover with a layer of pasta mixed with hot sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with eggs, put olives and tomatoes, sprinkle everything with cheese on top.

We put the pizza in a heated oven, bake at a temperature of 220-230 ° C for 40-45 minutes until fully cooked.
