Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough
Pour sour cream into the pre-sifted flour. Add eggs, sugar, salt and finely chopped butter. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be tender and elastic. Add flour to reduce the stickiness of the dough. We put the dough in the refrigerator while the filling is being prepared.
Step 2
Cooking the filling
Cut the sausage, tomato and mushrooms to your liking: cubes, slices or straws. Of course, the filling can be made from those products that you like. And if you like olives, then it is better to add them at the end of the pizza preparation, so that they do not lose their juiciness.
And it is desirable to grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil or fat.
Step 4
Roll out the dough on the table and transfer it to a baking sheet, making small sides from the dough along the edge of the baking sheet.
Step 5
First, sprinkle the dough with a thin layer of cheese. Also, the dough can be pre-greased with ketchup or tomato paste. Then put the filling in layers and sprinkle with cheese again, leaving some cheese for sprinkling after the pizza is completely cooked.
Step 6
We put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pizza at 200-250 C.
After cooking, sprinkle the pizza with cheese and put it back in the switched off oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Cut into pieces of any size and serve hot.
