What could be faster and more satisfying than pie? Chicken pie can be made in half an hour, but it turns out to be very tender.
You can combine such a product as chicken with anything: with vegetables, with other types of meat, rice. So that the cake is not dry, if possible, add mayonnaise, sour cream or broth.
- Puff pastry (yeast) - 2 pcs. (500 grams each);
- Chicken fillet - 500 gr;
- Onions - 2 heads;
- Potato tubers - 7 pcs. (medium);
- Spices to taste;
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml;
- Sunflower oil - 50 ml;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.
- We clean the potato tubers, wash them, cut into medium-sized strips. Put in a bowl, add spices and salt. Leave it to brew for about an hour.
- My chicken fillet, cut into strips, put in a bowl, add spices, salt and mayonnaise. We leave to marinate for an hour.
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
- We take a mast, grease it with sunflower oil.
- We take the dough, roll it out, put it on a baking sheet.
- Put potatoes, onions, chicken fillet on top of the dough (salt and add spices if necessary).
- We take the second piece of dough and roll it out and cover the cake on top, pinch it along the edges.
- Break the chicken egg into a bowl and grease the pie on top.
- We put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about half an hour, until tender.
