We roll out the dough so that we get a circle, and, starting from the middle, we cut it into triangles. We distribute jam or other filling over the layers, roll up the croissants from the wide side. We spread it on a baking sheet.

We put in the oven for 30 minutes. We bake at a temperature of 190-210 ° C.
Step 6
Sprinkle the finished croissants with icing sugar.
