    • for dough for 2 pizzas:
    • 250 ml warm water
    • 500 g flour
    • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
    • 2 tsp dry yeast
    • 2 tbsp. tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • For filling:
    • tomato
    • basil
    • oregano
    • mushrooms
    • salami
    • hen
    • mozzarella or parmesan
    • olives
    • olives
    • capers

Instructions

Step 1

In a deep bowl, combine the pre-sifted flour and salt. Add yeast, sugar and olive oil. Make a well inside the bowl. Pour water into it. Knead the dough with your hands for 7-10 minutes. As a result, it should be elastic.

Take a bowl, brush it with olive oil. Place the dough there, cover it with a towel and let it "ripen" for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

After that, cut the dough in half with a knife. Knead each part again. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough on it. Stretch to shape: the dough should be slightly thicker around the edges to form a side. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it "ripen" again for another 10-15 minutes.

When the dough "comes up" a second time, you can put the filling on it. It is better if you smear it with olive oil first. The first is the tomato layer. These can be tomatoes cut into circles or crushed into pulp. All this is sprinkled with fresh or dry basil and oregano. Further, at your choice, you can add toppings of salami, mushrooms (fresh or canned), bell peppers, pork, chicken, seafood (shrimp, mussels, fish). For cheeses, both soft cheese (mozzarella) and hard cheese (parmesan) are suitable. Mozzarella is cut into thin slices or, like Parmesan, grated. The pizza will look like a real Italian if you add chopped olives, olives, capers there. Sprinkle with basil on top.

The pizza is baked in an oven preheated to 230 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. The pizza side will be golden and crispy. Pizza is best served hot.
