If you don't have a lot of dryers left, they can be made into breadcrumbs very quickly. First take the hub and dry it into small pieces. After that, take out the grinder, put the semi-grinded dryers there, and grind them additionally in it for one minute. After receiving the mixture from the dryers, transfer it to a plate. Add some dried celery, dill or parsley to it. The breading mixture is completely ready.

There is also a slightly different way of preparing a bread crumbs, similar to the factory one. For her, instead of dryers, crackers are used. The main condition for successful creation for this mixture is that they are not sweet. Compared to the previous one, this mixture has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages lie in the rich taste of the rusks, as well as the relatively low cost of preparing it. The disadvantage is that the crackers cannot be put directly into the grinder, as it can break from excessive stress. Therefore, the bread crumbs are made only by hand using a large hub. Having made such a mixture, if desired, add hot black pepper to it to taste.

If you do not want to spend a lot of time preparing the bread mixture, get special diet bread or toast. They must be crispy. Take a small hub and grind these crispbreads. Add to the resulting mixture some dried herbs, similar to the one to be added to the mixtures prepared according to the previous recipes. This kind of breading mix is convenient because it is easier to prepare. In addition, it is not only tasty, but also useful, since the bread contains many trace elements necessary for the body.

And finally, if you have no dryers, no rusks, or breads at home, and time is running out, then you can use another method of preparing the bread mixture. Take a few slices of white bread and place in the oven. Heat them for 15 - 20 minutes, and after the formation of a golden brown crust on them, remove. Finely chop the rusks obtained in this way and mix with seasoning, black pepper and herbs.
