It is necessary

    • flour - 8 tablespoons;
    • chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
    • condensed milk - 1 can;
    • sugar - 1 glass;
    • butter - 150 grams;
    • sour cream 20% - 600 grams;
    • cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
    • milk - 2 tablespoons;
    • soda - 1 teaspoon;
    • table vinegar - 1 teaspoon.

Instructions

Step 1

Take 100 grams of butter (melted or softened) and an egg. Mix them in a large bowl until smooth. Then add the can of condensed milk, stirring constantly. Put off one teaspoon of baking soda in one teaspoon of vinegar, add there and stir. Sift flour and pour into the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. For baking, we need a frying pan (if there is a cast iron - just perfect). Grease a skillet with butter. The resulting mass must be divided into 2 equal parts. Put the first part in a greased pan and place in the oven until tender (15 minutes). Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to the second part of the dough. When the first part is ready, place the second in the oven.

Step 3

Cut the resulting cakes lengthwise. We now have 2 light and 2 dark cakes. In the future, we will alternate them to get a "zebra".

Step 4

Mix sour cream with sugar (select the required amount of sugar to taste so that the sour cream becomes sweet). Next, you need to grease the cakes with sour cream. Lubricate liberally, especially around the edges (to soften them). In order for the sour cream to saturate the cakes better, you can make several punctures in them with a knife.

Step 5

Now you need to prepare the icing with which you will cover the cake on top. Melt 50 grams of butter in a saucepan. Add to it 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of milk (sour cream if desired) and four tablespoons of granulated sugar. Put on medium heat until boiling and stir constantly. Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately after boiling. Let the frosting thicken slightly and pour evenly over the cake.

Step 6

You can decorate the resulting cake after the frosting has cooled. Here you can give free rein to your imagination. For decoration, use cream, sour cream, fruits and much more at your discretion.
