An evening family tea party can be turned into a holiday. A sour cream recipe in a pan will be a discovery for you. The cake is prepared quite simply and quickly. Cooking takes only half an hour and the same amount is needed for impregnation. Just what you need for a pleasant tea drinking.
It is necessary
- For cakes:
- - 2 cups of flour,
- - 100 g of sugar,
- - 100 g sour cream,
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder.
- For the cream:
- - 90 g sugar
- - 300 g sour cream.
- For decoration:
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of coconut,
- - 80 g of chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
For the cream. Pour sugar into a bowl and add sour cream. Whisk well and refrigerate.
Step 2
For the test. Place 100 grams of sour cream in a bowl, add 100 grams of sugar and half a teaspoon of baking powder and sifted flour. A little flour must be left (you never know come in handy). Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
Step 3
Bring the dough to condition on a floured work surface. Divide the dough into portions of equal size and weight. Approximate serving weight is about 60 grams.
Step 4
Roll out a crust out of one portion of the dough. You can level the edges with a plate. Bake the crust in a preheated dry skillet, 2-3 minutes on each side. The cake should be golden brown. Roll out the cakes from the rest of the dough and fry them in a pan.
Step 5
After the cakes have cooled, shape into a cake. Take the sour cream out of the refrigerator, grease the cakes, which are evenly laid on top of each other. Spread the cream over the sides of the cake. Leave the cake on the soaking table for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Decorate the finished cake to taste. You can sprinkle the cake with peanut crumbs or pour over chocolate and sprinkle with coconut on top. And if you wish, you can immediately cut into portions and serve with tea.
