It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 1 tsp Sahara;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 0.5 tsp salt.
  • - 0.5 kg of premium wheat flour;
  • - 30 g fresh yeast or 1 packet (11 g) dry yeast;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - 2-3 st. l. vegetable oil.
  • For pizza:
  • - 3 bell peppers;
  • - 150 grams of carrots (usually hangs 2 pieces for so much);
  • - 300 grams of tomato (3 medium tomatoes);
  • - 1 eggplant;
  • - 1 tsp coriander;
  • - 1 zucchini;
  • - 0.5 tsp ground cumin;
  • - 8 olives (from which you need to remove the bones in advance);
  • - 50 gr. cheese (pick the hardest);
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - salt and ground pepper to taste;

Instructions

Step 1

For pizza, you need to knead the dough. Heat the milk to a warm state, mix sugar and yeast in it (it is advisable to pre-cut the yeast into small pieces, so they dissolve faster). Be sure to sift the flour - this will make the dough airy and more appetizing. Move the flour into a container for kneading the dough, make a depression in the middle, pour in the milk with yeast. Beat eggs with salt and vegetable oil, then add to flour too. Move on to stirring.

Step 2

It is necessary to knead the dough with high quality - the lumps will irreversibly spoil the taste of the final product. When kneaded, let the dough rise. When the dough has increased in volume twice (after about an hour), wrinkle it. Perform this procedure twice. While the dough is infusing, prepare the pizza ingredients (steps 3-6). Then pour the dough into the pizza container (step 7).

Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into the pan (but not all - leave some for the dough), mix ground coriander and cumin, fry well. Add carrots to the mixture, which must first be grated, and fry until half cooked. Leave the dish for about five minutes.

Step 4

Cut one and a half bell peppers into small pieces and add to the carrots with coriander. Continue frying until the vegetables are golden brown. At this time, cut the tomatoes (also into small pieces, but not so that all the juice remains on the board), also put them in a pan, salt and fry until cooked.

Step 5

It will be very good if you use two frying pans to make pizza with bell pepper. While coriander, cumin, carrots and peppers with tomatoes are fried in the first pan, you can cook zucchini on the other, this will save you a lot of time. Cut the courgettes and eggplants into even cubes, put in the pan, stir. Cook until vegetables are crumbling. So that you don't have to add water, cover the pan with a lid, set the heat to medium.

Step 6

Start preheating the oven to 200 degrees.

Take a dough pan (in which we will assemble the scattered components of the pizza into a whole), grease it with oil and distribute all the dough in equal shares. You can concentrate a little more dough around the edges so that the filling does not flow out. Lay out all the ingredients that we cooked in the first pan: carrots, coriander, tomatoes, etc. Press (not, of course, so that everything sticks together into a lump, but to represent a more or less homogeneous mass), put the zucchini and eggplant from the second pan on top. Peppers and spices can be added here if you like.

Step 8

You have 1.5 pepper left. Cut the remainder into even beautiful rings and carefully place on top. Don't make the rings very thick. Place the dish in the oven and bake at the already indicated temperature of 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Step 9

When the pizza with bell pepper is ready, grate the hard cheese and sprinkle it on top of the dish (you don't need to do this, but the pizza will taste better with cheese).
