Step 1
Freezing requires heat treatment, so you have three options - boil, stew, or fry. The first will be a great solution for soup. However, if you like boiled vegetables just like that, this is also an option. The second can also be an independent dish, especially if the set includes potatoes or cabbage. If not, it is advisable to cut them yourself and add, it will be much tastier and more satisfying. The third option will be an excellent frying for a meat dish, as well as an addition to pasta or rice. Have you chosen? Then go ahead.
Step 2
If you decide to cook soup, you will need broth first. Take care of those foods with which you plan to combine vegetables - for example, put meat to boil or just boil water. If you want to cook steamed vegetables, and they are not included in the kit, also deal with them first. It can be potatoes or cabbage. After peeling and slicing, put them in a skillet, cover with water and leave under a lid over fairly high heat.
Step 3
Now pour the amount of frozen vegetables you need into a bowl or, if you find it more convenient, pour them into your dish directly from the bag. Further, if it is a soup, wait until the meat and potatoes are boiled, the vegetables will also be ready by this time. If stewed potatoes - also focus on it. If it is a roast, look for golden color and degree of roast, depending on what you want to get. The dish is ready!
