Step 1

"Pie cake"

Beat the sugar and eggs into a cool fluffy foam. Add vegetable oil. Continuing to stir, add a little flour. Put baking powder in the flour first. At the end, put the cake, add nuts and raisins. Line a baking dish with special paper, grease with butter and pour the dough into it. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes.

The pie is ready if the dry wooden stick stuck in it remains clean.

You do not need to immediately remove the cake from the mold, let it cool slightly, otherwise it may settle. Optionally, the cake can be cut into two pieces and spread with jam or sour cream.

Add egg, semolina, sour cream, salt to the cake. Stir and let stand for 10-15 minutes, so that the semolina swells. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the prepared mass of cake. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

"Apple cider vinegar from pomace"

Put apple cake in a three-liter jar, add sugar or honey. Pour cold boiled water to the top. Cover the jar with a cloth (towel) and tie the neck tightly. Place in a dark place to ferment at room temperature. After 2 months, strain through several layers of gauze. Put the filtered liquid in the cold for clarification. After two days, drain the light part of the vinegar into a separate container, pour out the dark sediment. Store apple cider vinegar in a cool, dark place.
