  • - a glass of flour;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 0.5 tsp soda;
  • - ¼ glass of refined vegetable oil;
  • - salt.
  • For donuts:
  • - 2 glasses of sour milk;
  • - 1 glass of water;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 kg of flour:
  • - 10 g dry yeast;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - ½ tsp salt.
  • For the cake:
  • - 1 glass of sour milk;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 cups wheat flour;
  • - vanilla sugar (bag);
  • - 1 tsp soda;
  • - any fruit or berries.

Instructions

Step 1

Pancakes Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whisk them into a froth with half a glass of sugar. Then add the yolks, pounded with the second half of the amount of sugar, add salt. Stir. Pour in a glass of sour milk and stir again. Add flour and knead the dough over the pancakes so that there are no lumps. Add baking soda to make the pancakes fluffy. Since the milk is already sour, you do not need to extinguish the soda in vinegar. Pour in vegetable oil last. Heat the pan, brush the surface with vegetable oil, pour in a little dough and let it spread over the surface. To do this, tilt the pan in different directions. After the pancake is browned, turn it over. Serve ready-made pancakes with sour cream or jam.

Step 2

Donuts Dissolve yeast in warm water and beat eggs with milk. Combine both mixtures, add salt, sugar, pour into flour and knead the dough. Place it in a warm place. When the dough rises, knead it and wait until it comes up again and heat the oil in a deep container. Form small lumps and dip in boiling oil. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, brush them with butter. When the donuts are browned, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain off excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with jam.

Step 3

Sour milk pie Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites and sugar until stiff and combine with the crushed yolks. Add sour milk, vanilla sugar, baking soda, stir. Then slowly add flour and knead the batter. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs, lay out berries or chopped fruits, top with dough. Bake the pie in a hot oven until tender. Remove it from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
