Step 1

You can diversify the daily menu by cooking mussels in batter. Remove the mussel meat from the shells. Combine milk, sugar, flour and egg yolk. Mix thoroughly. Beat the protein until thick foam and add to the dough. Dip the mussels in batter and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. Put the finished dish on the shutters and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
