Step 1
The first step is to prepare the marinade. To do this, mix 1 tbsp. l. finely chopped parsley with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, a little salt and pepper, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Put the peeled shrimps in the prepared marinade. While the shrimp are marinated, prepare the batter. Separate the egg yolk from the protein and beat with salt, add 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 cups of milk and 0.5 cups of sifted flour. Beat everything thoroughly. Beat the egg white separately and pour into the mixture. Take defrosted peeled shrimps one at a time, and dipping them in batter, put them in a preheated pan with a lot of oil, so that they are deep-fried until golden brown.
Step 2
Mix salt and spices in a bowl. Put the defrosted shrimps in a separate bowl and pour the mixed spices and salt on top, mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 3 hours. Put a frying pan on the fire and pour in a little olive oil. Place the spiced shrimps in a preheated skillet and fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink. Larger shrimp can be grilled.
Step 3
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and place two cloves of finely chopped garlic in it. Cut one onion into rings and send to the garlic in a frying pan, fry. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, some fresh ginger, paprika and salt. Put the peeled shrimps in a frying pan and fry for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve festive shrimp with boiled rice, garnish with pink salmon or salmon slices.
