For each of us, seafood is still exotic. And some even turn up their nose: they say, the food of the bourgeoisie. But we all perfectly understand that the main thing is to properly prepare the inhabitants of the sea. An excellent beer snack is dried squid, we know them only in this form. But few people know what delicious freshly cooked squids are.

Instructions
Step 1
So, in order to cook peeled squid, defrost them. Make sure there is no skin left on them, if skin remains on the squid, put them under hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes and remove the skin with your hand or knife.
Step 2
Remove all films and cartilage from the inside of the squid carcass. Boil water in an enamel saucepan, add a teaspoon of salt, 10-15 black peppercorns, 3-5 bay leaves per liter of water.
Step 3
When the water in the pot boils, toss the squid carcasses into it. They must be completely covered with water. Boil them for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid, and when the water cools down to 40-50 degrees, carefully remove the squid with a fork and spread on a wide dish, sprinkle with herbs and add spices to taste.
Step 4
Cut the squids prepared in this way into rings and add finely chopped boiled eggs, then season the resulting salad with mayonnaise.
Step 5
You can also do the following. Take a frying pan, heat it, add a small cube of butter, finely chop the onions and put them on a preheated frying pan, stir over low heat with a wooden spatula, add the pre-chopped boiled mushrooms. Simmer the mushrooms for 30-40 minutes. When ready, fill the squid with them.
Step 6
Take crab sticks, defrost them, boil 3 eggs, when the eggs are boiled, chop them finely, preferably in an egg cutter, cut the crab sticks and mix them with eggs and mayonnaise, add spices and fresh chopped herbs to taste.
