It is necessary

  • - 7 tbsp. granulated sugar;
  • - 5 tbsp. honey;
  • - 150 g margarine or butter;
  • - 2 chicken eggs;
  • - 500 g of high quality sifted flour;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder (you can use soda 0.5 tsp);
  • - glaze.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir in granulated sugar, honey and margarine. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, remove from heat and refrigerate. Crack the chicken eggs and mix well. Knead the dough after adding flour and baking powder.

Step 2

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Roll out the gingerbread dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out the figures using cookie cutters. You can roll it out directly on baking paper, so it will be more convenient to transfer the gingerbread to the sheet.

Step 3

Place the blanks in the oven already preheated to the desired temperature. Leave to bake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4
