Preparing a salad with egg pancakes is elementary. It turns out to be very tasty, and if it is still beautifully decorated, then the salad can become the main decoration of the festive table!

- - one sweet pepper;
- - cucumber;

Step 1
Beat chicken eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour into a preheated skillet, greased with vegetable oil, fry. Then turn the pancake over, fry it on the other side. So make pancakes out of all the dough you got.
Step 2
Cool ready-made pancakes, roll into a tube, cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Cut the ham into cubes, add corn and pancakes to it. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, add to the salad.
Step 4
