Despite the presence of beans, the salad is very light, juicy, with an original sweet and sour dressing.
It is necessary
- - canned tuna 200 g;
- - white beans 100 g;
- - cherry tomatoes 200 g;
- - red onion 1 pc;
- - parsley;
- - olive oil 2 tablespoons;
- - lemon juice 1 tbsp;
- - wine vinegar 1 tbsp;
- - sugar 1/2 tsp;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak white beans for 5 hours or overnight. Boil until tender.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper. Cut the red onion into half rings and pickle in the dressing.
Step 3
Drain the liquid from the tuna can, disassemble the fillet into pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half, finely chop the parsley.
Step 4
Combine the boiled beans, tuna, tomatoes, parsley and onions with the dressing.
