Chicken soup with white beans is a great addition to your dinner table. This soup turns out to be incredibly aromatic and tasty. And also this dish is very healthy and nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of chicken meat;
- 2 potato tubers;
- 2 lavrushkas;
- 200 g tomato juice;
- ground black pepper and salt;
- 150 g white beans;
- 1 medium carrot;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- sunflower oil;
- favorite fresh herbs.
Preparation:
- Chicken meat should be thoroughly rinsed in running water. Then it is put into a small saucepan, filled with water and placed on a hot stove. After boiling, remove the foam and reduce heat. The chicken should be cooked until tender.
- About 12 hours before the soup is prepared, the white beans should be rinsed and covered with water. Then the water is poured out, the beans are washed again and poured into a deep saucepan. Pour in water and cook the beans until tender.
- Carrots should be peeled, rinsed thoroughly and chopped with a grater. It needs to be fried a little in a hot skillet with the addition of sunflower oil. And then put the carrots in a saucepan with meat broth.
- Pour tomato juice into a clean frying pan and boil it slightly. After that, add the peeled, washed and finely chopped garlic cloves to the juice. Also add lavrushka, black pepper and salt. Cook the sauce for 1 minute and remove the pan from the stove.
- Peel the potato tubers, wash and cut into small pieces.
- After the chicken is completely cooked, it must be pulled out of the broth and cut into small pieces using a knife. After that, it should be folded back into the soup and the chopped potato tubers should be added with it.
- When the potatoes are completely cooked, you will need to pour the beans into the soup, from which you first need to drain all the liquid, and also pour in the tomato juice dressing. Also add all the necessary spices. After the soup boils again, it must be removed from the stove and covered tightly.
- After the dish has been infused for 30 minutes, you can start serving. Chicken soup, poured into a plate, can be garnished with fresh, finely chopped herbs.
