It is necessary

  • • 1 red bell pepper;
  • • 4 pork chops;
  • • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • • 1 head of a medium sized onion;
  • • olive oil;
  • • ¼ teaspoon of rosemary (dried);
  • • 600 g of chicken broth;
  • • 1 can of white beans.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the husk from the onion and wash thoroughly in cold water. Cut the onion into small cubes with a sharp knife. Bell pepper should be washed as well and the stalk, testis and all seeds should be removed from it. Then the pepper should be cut into small cubes or cut into small strips.

Step 2

Place a frying pan on a hot stove and add olive oil to it. After it gets hot, the heat should be reduced to medium, and the prepared bell peppers and onions should be added to the pan.

Step 3

Then add the required amount of salt and rosemary, as well as black ground pepper. You need to fry vegetables, stirring occasionally, until the color of the onion changes to brownish-golden (about 7-8 minutes).

Step 4

Pour the chicken stock into a deep bowl and combine with the tomato paste. Then pour the resulting sauce over the fried vegetables and continue cooking, pouring white beans into the pan. This sauce should be cooked for about a quarter of an hour (as a result, it should acquire a thickish consistency).

Step 5

Pork chops should be grated generously with ground black pepper and salt, and this should be done on each side.

Step 6

Olive oil is poured into a separate frying pan and sent to the fire. When the oil is hot, dip the chops into the skillet. They should be fried for 3 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other.

Step 7

Place the chop on a plate and add the desired amount of bean sauce to the side.
