  • • 400 g of chicken liver;
  • • 100 g of chicken fillet (breast);
  • • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • • 3 chicken eggs;
  • • 1 onion (white);
  • • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • • salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Any liver for sausage can be used, in this case we will take chicken. Before use, it should be defrosted and washed in water. Remove all films and hard tubes called bile ducts. If you use beef liver, then it is recommended to pre-soak it for half an hour in milk or water. After all procedures, dry the liver on a paper towel.

Step 2

Remove the husk from the garlic cloves and onions.

Step 3

Prepare a blender, place pieces of liver, garlic and onions in its bowl (cut it into several arbitrary pieces). Mix the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Step 4

Next, drive the specified number of chicken eggs into the liver mixture, mix again. Add any spices you deem necessary, salt and add flour, mix again until smooth.

Step 5

Remove the blade screw from the blender bowl.

Step 6

Cut the chicken fillet into very small pieces, add to the liver mixture. Stir the ingredients with a spoon directly into the bowl.

Step 7

Next, put the mixture in a special sausage dish. From improvised means, this can be: a milk carton, any plastic bottle (with a cut neck). The mixture will be runny, so cling film will not work.

Step 8

Put a container with the mixture in a saucepan, pour water into it, turn on the stove to a minimum and cook for about an hour.

Then cool, put in the refrigerator for a day, then remove from the mold and can be eaten.
