Chicken is an incredibly tasty and light product. If you add spices, vegetables and sauce to it, this dish turns into a delicious chicken goulash. It won't take too long to prepare.
It is necessary
- greens and salt;
- ground red pepper;
- chicken broth - 2 tbsp;
- oil - 2 tablespoons;
- sour cream - 125 g;
- tomato paste - 50 g;
- sweet pepper - 1 pc;
- onions - 1 pc;
- stalk celery - 3 pcs;
- chicken - 1.5 kg.
Instructions
Step 1
To make chicken goulash, rinse the meat under water and pat dry with paper towels. Then cut into medium sized pieces.
Step 2
Combine ground pepper, salt and chopped herbs in a mortar. Grate the chicken with the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Pour oil into a skillet and heat it up. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Try to stew chicken goulash rather than fry it. It should be remembered that the meat must breathe freely.
Step 4
Place the meat on a plate and let it stand. Next, chop the onion, celery and pepper into cubes and fry in a skillet free of chicken.
Step 5
Mix the broth with tomato paste, place the chicken pieces over the vegetables and pour over the resulting sauce. Simmer over low heat for half an hour, covered with a lid.
Step 6
Serving wonderful chicken goulash on the table, you can season it with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
