Do you grow peaches at your dacha, or have you been treated to juicy fruits? Peaches can be used to make delicious desserts. Due to their delicate taste and tenderness, they go well with dairy products, cottage cheese, honey and much more. So what desserts can you make with peaches?
Stuffed peaches
Structure:
- 4 peaches;
- 100 g of cottage cheese;
- 50 ml of cream;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped walnuts, sugar;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- vanillin.
Rinse peaches, pat dry with paper towels, cut into halves, remove pits. From each half, gently scoop out some of the pulp with a spoon.
Mix the peach pulp with cottage cheese, sugar, cream, vanilla, nuts, butter, mix, whisk the mixture a little. Fill the peach halves with the resulting filling, put in a cold place for an hour.
Honey peaches
Structure:
- 300 g of peaches;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 50 g bread crumbs;
- 20 ml of honey;
- cinnamon.
Wash the peaches, scald with boiling water, immerse in cold water, remove the skin. Cut each peach in half. Sprinkle sugar on the bottom of a wide saucepan, put one layer of peaches, sprinkle with sugar, steam for 10 minutes. Then drain the released juice, sprinkle the peaches with breadcrumbs.
Boil the syrup separately. Pour water into a saucepan, add honey, cinnamon, sugar residues, cook until thickened. Transfer the peaches to a platter, pour the honey syrup over them, the dessert is ready.
