Rice casserole with sausages is an option for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner.

- - 4 eggs

- - 3 tablespoons sour cream

Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice until tender and leave to cool. While the rice is boiling, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. It is important to ensure that the onions do not burn. We leave to cool.
Step 2
We carefully divide the eggs into whites and yolks. We leave the yolks for now, and beat the whites with a blender into a strong foam. Add this foam to the already cooled rice. Also add finely chopped herbs, spices and salt to the rice to taste. Mix everything very carefully. Add the yolks to the cooled onion, mix everything.
Step 3
Cut the sausages lengthwise into two parts or in circles. Put half of the prepared rice in a greased form. Distribute the onion-yolk mass evenly from above. Then we lay out the sausages in one layer. Put the remaining rice on top of all this, smooth. Grease the last layer with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in an oven preheated to 180-200 C. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve the casserole warm.
