Sweet cream puff pastry is a great treat to round off your dinner. The cake is easy to prepare, but despite this, it has an amazing delicate taste.
Ingredients for the dough:
- margarine - 250 g;
- vinegar (3%) - 1 tablespoon;
- sifted flour - 3 glasses;
- low-fat sour cream - 250 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- wheat flour - 2 tbsp;
- egg - 1 pc;
- low-fat butter - 300 g;
- milk 25% fat - 2 cups;
- sugar - 2 cups;
- vanilla sugar (to taste)
Preparation:
- The first thing to do is soften the margarine (leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes) and then mash it with a fork. Then grind soft margarine with sour cream. Pour a spoonful of vinegar into the mixture of margarine and sour cream. Next, pour flour into the mixture and quickly knead the dough.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Divide the chilled dough into 7 equal pieces. Roll each of them into a thin cake.
- Bake each tortilla in the oven at 200 degrees. Grind one of the cakes into fine crumbs for sprinkling. Put the rest of the cakes to cool in the refrigerator.
- Now you need to start making sweet cream. First you need to prepare the ice cream. You need to take one egg and mix it with wheat flour. Dilute the mixture with cold milk (use only half a glass). While stirring, pour the mixture into the remaining milk, which must be boiled beforehand. Bring this whole mixture to a boil. Then add vanilla sugar and refrigerate.
- Next, you need to soften the butter in the same way as margarine. Grind soft butter together with granulated sugar. Then pour the lezion into the mixture in small portions at a temperature of 30 degrees. Beat the mixture of lezon and butter until an airy mass is obtained.
- Finally, you need to collect the cake. Cakes, which have cooled down by this time, grease with cream and connect tightly. Liberally coat the side and top of the cake with cream and sprinkle with cooked crumbs.
You can decorate the cake with fresh berries and fruits, they will add freshness to the sweet cake.
