It is necessary

  • - ready-made puff yeast dough - 3 packs;
  • - condensed milk - 500 g;
  • - butter - 300 g.

Instructions

Step 1

You can buy any ready-made dough for making "Napoleon", yeast or ordinary. The most important thing is that it is flaky. A special puff pastry for such a cake is on sale.

Step 2

The frozen dough must be removed from the refrigerator in advance and left to defrost for about an hour at room temperature. After that, open the package so that a sheet is obtained from it, on which the divided dough plates will lie. The molded product should increase approximately 2-3 times in volume.

Step 3

If necessary, the dough can be rolled out to increase the width of the cake. You can roll out the dough on the package, remembering to lightly grease the rolling pin with vegetable oil. And when rolling, you need to start from the middle to the edge with gentle movements. Otherwise, the edges of the dough plate will be uneven, especially if you want to make a square cake.

Step 4

Turn on the oven and heat it up at 200 ° C. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil just a little so that the cakes do not absorb excess fat.

Step 5

Without removing the dough from the packaging, transfer it to a baking sheet. We put to bake in the oven at a temperature of 200C for 15 - 20 minutes. As the dough increases in volume, turn the temperature higher for a slight blush. When bubbles form on the surface of the dough during baking, they must be carefully pierced in several places with a knife, or better with a match or toothpick.

Step 6

Preparing the cream. It can be prepared without a mixer. The main thing is that the ingredients for the cream should be at room temperature.

Step 7

Mash butter and add condensed milk. In the beginning, you can simply crush or knead with a fork. After the consistency will be creamy, then you can whip the mixture with an ordinary whisk. Until a homogeneous mixture, of course, it is impossible to beat by hand, but until semolina is possible. And if there is no desire and strength to beat, just taste the cream.

Step 8

Lightly grease the prepared baked cakes with cream. Cream for each cake needs 2-3 tablespoons. Also grease the sides of the cake and decorate with powder. Put the Napoleon in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The cake should be large enough if there were two dough plates in each package, that is, 6 cakes.
