Step 1
First you need to heat the milk to 50 degrees. This is necessary so that the butter, which we will add later, melts more quickly.

Then add the following ingredients to the milk: eggs, yeast, butter and sugar. The resulting mass must be thoroughly mixed with a whisk so that there are no lumps left.

Now you need to add flour. At first, you can knead the mass with a whisk, but when the mass becomes denser, you need to knead the dough with your hands.
Step 4
From the resulting dough, we roll out a layer, which must be greased with oil, and also sprinkled with poppy seeds and sugar.
Step 5
The resulting layer must be rolled into a "snake". Then you need to cut it into several equal parts.
