Step 1
To work, you need only nine pieces of sausage. You need to cut it as thin as possible.
Step 2
We take one circle of sausage, twist it slightly and secure it with a toothpick.
Step 3
Insert another one into the center of the rolled sausage.
Step 4
And add the third folded circle.
Step 5
On each edge of the toothpick we string another piece of sausage and raise them to the main workpiece.
Step 6
We repeat the action, but in a slightly different way - we put a circle of sausage and one more on each edge of the toothpick. It is necessary to do this in such a way that the edges of each "petal" overlap each other. If necessary, we fasten the "petals" with a toothpick so that they do not fall apart. However, the toothpicks should not be visible.
Step 7
Sausage rose is ready! We decorate any cuts with it. Best of all sausage.
