Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line the muffin cups with corrugated paper cups.

Toss the sifted flour with fresh blueberries, half a glass of sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. You can also take frozen blueberries, but you must first defrost them, drain the excess liquid.

Toss the buttermilk or sour milk separately with a lightly beaten raw egg and melted butter. Mix the two mixtures, stir until smooth. Buttermilk can be replaced with natural yogurt - it will turn out delicious too.
Step 4
Put 1 tbsp in each mold. spoon of dough, then 1 teaspoon of peach jam and again a little dough. Mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar with a little cinnamon and sprinkle the dough on top. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 5
Bake the muffins for 20 minutes until they are golden brown. Cool them on the wire rack and the delicious surprise cupcakes are ready.
