Step 1

First you need to rinse the veal well in cool water. Then cut into pieces and salt.

We fry veal with medium-sized bones.

Preheat the frying pan, grease it with oil and put the pieces of veal. The meat must often be turned over and doused with the juice that was formed during frying.

If the meat is fried in the oven, then pour oil and a small amount of water into the pan, tightly cover the dishes with a lid and put in the oven.

At medium heat, the veal will cook for about 1-1.5 hours.

Salt the meat and broth for taste. The meat must be poured a couple of times with the broth formed in the pan, then it will be very juicy.

Cut the finished veal into thin layers, lay it out beautifully on a plate, pour over the meat juice that was formed during frying, put carrots and onions on top, cut into circles and fried in another frying pan.
