Kefir mannik is a classic and delicious dessert that can be served either separately or with condensed milk, jam or jam.

Instructions
Step 1
We take a large dish or saucepan, break eggs (4 pieces) there and add sugar (1 glass), beat until the sugar dissolves. Sugar can be used either white or brown, depending on your preference.

Pour semolina (3 cups) into the total mass, mix.

Pour kefir (half a liter) into the dough and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Let the dough brew for 1 hour so that the semolina swells.

Finally, add baking soda or baking powder (1 teaspoon), vanillin or vanilla sugar (to taste) and mix again.

Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Gently pour the dough into a mold.
Step 7
We put the manna in a preheated oven. Baking temperature: 170-180 degrees. Baking time: 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
Step 8
We remove the finished manna from the mold and serve as a separate dish. Perfect for tea or coffee breaks. As an addition to the cake, you can offer jam, jam, condensed milk.
