Zucchini pasties - a simple dish, but very tasty. The most delicate dough hides an amazing meat filling, juicy and nutritious.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Flour - 0.5 tbsp;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
  • Hard cheese - 30 g;
  • Salt;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Zucchini - 2 pcs;

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Onion - 1pc;
  • Parsley - 3-4 branches;
  • Pork or ground beef - 250 g;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Salt and aromatic herbs (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. We chop the washed zucchini on a fine grater. Salt to your taste and let stand a little - the vegetables should let the juice flow.
  2. Thoroughly squeeze the zucchini mass (you can grind it in a sieve). Then we drive in a couple of eggs.
  3. Put grated cheese in the same bowl (any hard product will do). Knead well and begin to slowly introduce the sifted flour.
  4. Once again, mix the courgette dough - it should be as homogeneous as possible, without flour lumps. We add aromatic spices at personal discretion.
  5. Now we get down to the meat "filler": grind the minced meat, then salt and season to taste. Fry until cooked in a pan with vegetable oil.
  6. Rinse several sprigs of fresh parsley. We cut and send straight to the minced meat. After mixing, immediately set aside from the stove.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a clean frying pan. We spread and flatten the dough well.
  8. After one side is browned, place the meat filling on half of the vegetable pancake. We turn the other half so that it covers the minced meat. Press the edges of the product carefully.

To prevent hot pasties from sticking together, we put them on the dish not in a pile, but one by one. The appetizer is good both warm and chilled. In addition to it, it is advisable to serve sour cream-garlic sauce.
