Beans - red, white and green beans - are an excellent source of vegetable protein necessary for human life. It has a huge amount of vitamins, trace elements, including antioxidants - substances that slow down the aging of the body.
Many dishes are prepared from beans. For the first time, cook a puree soup, it is perfectly absorbed by the body, therefore it is recommended even for diet food.
To prepare the dish you will need:
- 400 g beans;
- 1 liter of water;
- 100 g of 30% cream;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 celery root;
- salt.
Rinse the beans and cover with cold water, leave for a couple of hours, so that later they cook faster. After that, drain the water, fill it with fresh water and put the beans to boil. Half an hour after the start of cooking, add the peeled celery root, onions and carrots. Salt the broth.
When preparing puree soup, you do not need to cut vegetables for cooking, put them whole in a saucepan.
When the beans are soft, remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon. Rub the broth and cooked beans through a sieve or chop in a blender.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Heat the puree and add cream, butter and yolks to it, mix everything with a whisk and whisk lightly.

To prepare lobio, you will need the following products:
- 200 g of red beans;
- 2 heads of onions;

Soak the beans in cold water for 2 hours. Then boil until tender and strain the broth. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces, which fry until golden brown in a little vegetable oil. Chop the greens.

To make bean salad with nuts, take:
- 1 cup of beans;
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnut kernels;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- mayonnaise.
Boil the presoaked beans until tender. Then refrigerate it. Peel the garlic and pass the cloves through a press.

- 4 potatoes;
- 300 g green beans;
- 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar;

Cook the potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel and cut into cubes. Wash the beans and remove all veins and coarse fibers. Boil it in salted boiling water until tender, adding sugar and salt to the broth.
Throw the beans in a colander, let the water drain and cool the product. After that, cut it into pieces 2, 5 - 3 cm long.
