It is necessary

  • - 500 ml of kefir;
  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 12 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of slaked vinegar soda;
  • - salt, berries, condensed milk.

Instructions

Step 1

First, pour the kefir into a saucepan, heat it a little over low heat. Kefir should not be very hot. Add sugar, slaked soda, salt to it, beat in an egg, stir well. Add flour in small portions, stirring the mass well. At this stage, a dough similar to thick sour cream is obtained. The amount of flour can vary up or down - it is added by eye!

Step 2

Bring the milk to a boil, add it in a thin stream into the dough, stirring constantly. Add vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. It turned out a ready-made pancake dough, reminiscent of liquid sour cream.

Step 3

Heat a skillet or pancake maker well, reduce heat under it, grease the pan with fat for the first pancake. Fry the pancakes for 1 minute on each side, during which time they become golden brown. Stack the finished pancakes. So use up all the dough.

Step 4

Before serving, fold the pancakes with an envelope, pour over with condensed milk, garnish with fresh berries. You can sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa powder and cinnamon, then the pancakes will have an amazing flavor! Serve ready-made custard fluffy pancakes with condensed milk for morning tea or coffee.
