Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the cabbage, remove the spoiled leaves. Chop into thin slices.

A saucepan is best used with a thick bottom. Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into it, heat. Dip the shredded cabbage.

Step 2

Wash the zucchini, peel it. Cut into cubes, dip into the cabbage.

Prepare carrots and onions. Peel the carrots, grate, cut the onion into thin half rings. Fry vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil.

Peel the clean tomatoes and chop.

Step 3

After 15 minutes of braising the cabbage and zucchini, add the tomatoes to the saucepan. Sweat the vegetables all together for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Stir the fried onions and carrots with the chopped garlic and salt. Use spices if desired. Add the mass to the main composition, mix. The vegetable stew is ready, serve.
