- - 5 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- - 10 potatoes;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 3 onions;
- - a clove of garlic;

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and zucchini into large cubes. Fill the potatoes with water so that they cover them slightly, salt and cook for 10 minutes, then add the zucchini.

Cut the pork into cubes, season with salt and pepper, pour over sour cream. Fry the meat in a skillet, transfer to a saucepan with vegetables and continue to simmer.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into large cubes, the onion into half rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the tomato into small slices.
Step 4
Fry all the vegetables individually and place them in the stew pan. Simmer until the meat is tender, then sprinkle with chopped garlic and turn off the heat. Cover the vegetable and pork stew for 5-10 minutes, then arrange on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
