The yeast is poured over with warm water. Stir the mixture thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

Take a large bowl. Pour 2 cups of flour and salt into it. Add yeast there. Knead the dough.

Brush a large bowl lightly with olive oil. Put the dough in a bowl, while turning it so that it is all oiled with olive oil.

The dough is covered with foil and placed in a warm place without drafts for an hour and a half. During this time, the dough should approximately double.

Flatten the dough with your fists. Divide it into 2 equal parts, each of which must be rolled into balls.

Place the balls of dough on a floured surface and cover each with plastic wrap. Leave it like this for an hour.

One big pizza will come out of one ball. The second ball of dough can be frozen in the freezer and used to bake a pizza another time.
