It is difficult to list everything that can be made from chicken. From the carcass alone, you can cook soup and make delicious nuggets, fried wings and legs. Kurnik, salads, baked chicken - this is not a complete list of dishes from this poultry.
Complex lunch from one carcass - starting with the first course
Chicken meat is considered dietary. It can be used to prepare a variety of dishes, ranging from soup to cake. If you only have one chicken, you can make a great multi-course dinner out of it. First, you should properly cut the carcass.
Cut off the legs together with the drumstick, wings and separate the breast. Part of the carcass with a backbone and keel bone remained. If you are not afraid of cholesterol and do not go on a diet, then you can rinse these remnants from cutting and cook immediately.
For those who count calories and want to have a slim figure, it is better to cut off the tail, the fat around it and remove the skin. These parts of the chicken are some of the most high-calorie parts. You can feed these leftovers to your dog or just throw them away.
Now we put the bones without skin in a pot of water and put it on the fire until it boils. Remove the foam, make a small fire and cover the saucepan with a lid. The bones should boil for 40 minutes, after that you need to strain the broth, add the meat removed from the bones to it, and cook your favorite soup. It can be cabbage soup, noodles, borscht and other types of the former.
Second courses
Before you start making the second courses, you should prepare the breast in a certain way so that it turns into nuggets. They will require:
• breast of one chicken;
• 2 tablespoons of sour cream or cheese sauce;
• bread crumbs;
• spices for chicken;
• salt;
• vegetable oil.
Cut the breast into pieces for nuggets. In a bowl, mix sour cream or sauce, spices and salt. Put the chopped chicken into this mass, mix everything and let the pieces marinate for an hour.
Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat slightly over a fire. Pour crackers into a container, roll chicken nuggets in them on both sides and fry in a pan under the lid.
However, a chic one-chicken dinner is not only about soup and nuggets. We still have legs. Cut one into 2 portions - the lower leg and the thigh. Salt them and their wings and fry in a pan on both sides. To make the process go faster, put a refractory plate on top, and on it a load (clean stone, iron kettle). The result is a variation on the theme of "chicken tobacco".
Other game dishes
Many more delicious dishes can be prepared from chicken. Stuff the carcass, washed and salted on both sides, with boiled steamed rice and bake in the oven for an hour and a half. It is better to put the carcass in the rooster beforehand.
